Awards Assembly Information:
🐾All Pre-K, Kindergarten and 5th grade students will receive an award during their scheduled assemblies.
🐾1st - 4th grade: If your child is receiving an award during their scheduled assembly, they should have received a note to take home on Tuesday, April 28th.
🐾Families of students receiving awards are welcome to attend. Please utilize the door located under the bus barn.
🐾Due to all of the moving parts in our school with end of year activities, if you want the sibling of a student receiving an award to attend the ceremony, please keep them home and they may attend as a guest. Due to the safety of our students, they may not be checked in after the assembly.
🐾Awards Assembly Schedule:
Pre-K Crow - May 1st 8:45 AM (Guests may enter beginning at 8:30 AM)
Pre-K Coleman - May 1st 10:00 AM (Guests may enter beginning at 9:50 AM)
Pre-K Cates- May 4th 8:45 AM (Guests may enter beginning at 8:30 AM)
5th Grade - May 4th at 10:00 AM (Guests may enter beginning at 9:50 AM)
1st and 2nd Grade - May 4th at 1:30 PM (Guests may enter beginning at 1:15 PM)
Kindergarten Sheperd - May 5th at 8:45 AM (Guest may enter beginning at 8:30 AM)
Kindergarten Sullivan - May 5th at 10:00 AM (Guests may enter beginning at 9:50 AM)
3rd and 4th - May 5th at 1:30 PM (Guests may enter beginning at 1:15 PM)
🐾You may check your child out after the assembly to continue celebrating their achievements. Please check them out with their teacher in the gym and exit through gym doors under the bus barn.
