PTO Sports Sign-Ups

Registration forms will be sent out this week! You may return the forms and

payment to your child’s teacher OR sign up at one of our sign-up events. Payment

can be made by cash, check, or Cash App and registration closes on

November 6, 2025. events.

A copy of sports sign ups for Winter Basketball and Winter Volleyball is printed back to back on one page and is coming home with students in the Friday Folder. Attached to the forms is a QR code used to complete a mandatory waiver from Play Lawton. You can fill out the form and send cash or check to the school after Fall Break or take advantage of the Cash App for Flower Mound PTO listed on the forms. We also are having 3 sign-up events in the school gym from 5:30-6:30 pm. The dates are October 21, October 23, and November 6. Please email questions to ptosports@flowermound.k12.ok.us
